The Geneva Graduate Institute and UNEP were delighted to receive founding financial support from the French Ministry of Economy and Finance. This support was confirmed at a signing ceremony at the Institute, where Marie-Laure Salles, Director of the Geneva Graduate Institute, welcomed Ambassador François Rivasseau, the Permanent Representative of France to the United Nations in Geneva, and Jean-Marie Paugam, the Head of the French delegation to the WTO, along with Carolyn Deere Birkbeck, Director of TESS.
