In the context of London Climate Action Week (LCAW), the Forum on Trade, Environment, & the SDGs (TESS), the Remaking Trade Project, and E3G co-hosted a roundtable on the state of play on climate, trade, and sustainable development.
Roundtable Objectives
This lunchtime roundtable brought together 20 experts on trade, climate, and sustainable development issues to debrief on and discuss the state of play in various international initiatives and processes on climate, trade, and sustainable development, and strategic priorities, including in relation to:
- the first Mutirão Climate and Trade Dialogue in Bonn in June and other emerging climate-trade initiatives; and
- priority actions at the nexus of trade, climate and sustainable development on the road to COP31, SB66, and beyond.
