Vinati Bhola is a lawyer who has joined TESS as a Policy Associate, bringing more than five years of experience in public policy. She holds an LL.M. degree in International Law from the Geneva Graduate Institute with a specialization in the cross-cutting field of international trade and environmental laws. Vinati brings to TESS prior experience working with the WTO’s Trade and Environment Division as well as the Secretariat of the Basel, Rotterdam, and Stockholm conventions. She has also worked as a consultant with the ITC and UNITAR on a range of sustainable development issues. Prior to coming to Geneva, Vinati worked in Delhi as a Legal Advisor to the Government of India on a variety of strategic investment transactions under different central ministries. In her parallel life, Vinati practices poetry writing and is the author of two poetry books, Udaari and Dori.
