Simon ARDILA ERASO

Policy Advisor

Simon Ardila Eraso is a Policy Advisor at the Forum on Trade, Environment, & the SDGs (TESS). Simon contributes to multi-stakeholder projects, expert panels, and publications at the intersection of trade, plastic pollution, and sustainable development. His work focuses on the plastics treaty negotiations, including in support of the Secretariat of the High Ambition Coalition to End Plastic Pollution, as well as on analytical and strategic work relating to trade-related aspects of international cooperation on plastic pollution, including in the WTO Dialogue on Plastic Pollution.

Simon is an international relations professional with experience in trade, environment, and sustainable development. He holds a Master in International Affairs from the Geneva Graduate Institute, a Master in Standardization, Social Regulation and Sustainable Development from the University of Geneva, and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations with a major in Economics from the University of Geneva.
