Holly Kendall is a Senior Policy Advisor at TESS and manages engagement across multilateral forums including the Intergovernmental Negotiating Committee on Plastic Pollution and the WTO Dialogue on Plastics Pollution. Prior to joining TESS, Holly was an Australian diplomat. Holly brings to TESS expertise in International Trade Law, International Environmental Law, and the Law of the Sea, where she has represented Australia in front of WTO panels. She has a depth of experience working with ASEAN and Pacific States to deliver security and developmental outcomes. She holds a Master of Laws from University College London and a Bachelors of Arts and Bachelor of Laws from Macquarie University, Sydney, Australia.
