Emmanuelle Ivanov-Durand is a senior French official. She was appointed Permanent Representative of France to the World Trade Organization in September 2024.

She has also held several positions of responsibility in the French Ministry of Economy and Finance, including Deputy Secretary General of the Treasury Department, where she has been in charge of the management of all resources since 2021. Emmanuelle Ivanov-Durand has extensive experience in foreign economic relations and trade policy, having started her career on trade defense issues. She has worked in Paris, at the Permanent Representation of France to the European Union in Brussels, at the French Embassy in Washington, D.C. and more recently in Bratislava. She is a graduate of the Institut d'études politiques (IEP) in Strasbourg and of ESSEC, her husband is of Bulgarian origin and she is the mother of two grown-up children.
